Chad Norris is the founder of Orbitloft, a small software studio that builds apps for Shopify merchants. He designs, builds and supports all 11 Orbitloft apps, from order-fraud review (RiskClarity) and feed fixes (FeedFix) to inventory forecasting (StockSense), and publishes these guides on the store problems the apps are built to solve.

How the guides are written
Each guide covers one problem merchants run into, with the manual fix first. Platform facts are checked against the official help pages of Shopify, Google, Meta and, for product claims, the FDA and FTC. Anything that can't be confirmed is left out. The guides are written with the help of AI tools, and they're updated when the platforms change. The Orbitloft app that does the job at scale is mentioned once, at the end.
