Review apps do two different jobs. Most collect reviews and display them on your store. A smaller group reads the reviews you already have and tells you what customers keep saying. This guide explains the difference and lists options for each job. We make ReviewLens, which is one of the apps below.
What to look for
Decide which job you need done, then compare apps on the points that matter for that job.
- Collecting: Automated review requests after fulfillment or delivery, and photo or video reviews. See how to get more reviews after delivery.
- Displaying: Widgets, star ratings and rich snippets that fit your theme.
- Syndication: Sending reviews to Google Shopping, Meta or the Shop app.
- Analysis: Themes, sentiment and which products draw the most complaints.
- Pricing basis: Many collection apps price by monthly order volume, so check where your store lands.
Apps to consider
Prices below are from each app's listing as of October 2026. Confirm current pricing on the listing before you decide.
| App | What it does and who it suits |

| Yotpo: Product Reviews App | Collects and displays reviews with search and ad integrations. Suits stores using other Yotpo products. |

| ReviewLens | Analyzes reviews already in your store. Suits stores that have reviews and want a fix list. |
Judge.me collects unlimited reviews, photos and videos, automates review requests, and displays widgets and star ratings. It has a free plan and one paid plan, Awesome, at $15 a month with a 15-day free trial. Limitation: AI summaries, most integrations and advanced automation sit on the paid plan.
Loox collects photo and video reviews through emails, QR codes and discounts, and shows them in review widgets. It has a free plan for up to 500 orders, Convert at $49.99 a month and Unlimited at $299.99, with 14-day free trials on paid plans. Limitation: the Convert plan includes 300 orders and charges for additional blocks of orders.
Yotpo collects reviews, photos and videos through automated requests and displays them in carousels and grids. Its free plan covers up to 50 monthly orders, with Starter at $15 a month and Pro at $119. Limitation: paid prices vary with order volume, and the listing does not mention a free trial.
Okendo combines review collection and display with loyalty programs, quizzes and surveys. It has a free plan for up to 50 orders a month, then Essential at $19, Growth at $119 and Power at $299, with 14-day free trials. Limitation: every plan is capped by monthly orders, so cost climbs with volume.
ReviewLens reads the product reviews already in your store, groups them into themes, scores sentiment per theme, builds a ranked "Fix This Week" list with verbatim customer quotes, and spotlights top problem SKUs. Plans are Starter at $19 a month, Growth at $49 and Scale at $99, each with a 14-day free trial. Limitation: it does not collect reviews. It has no request emails and no storefront widgets, so you still need a collection app.
How to choose
Start from how many reviews you have today.
- You have few or no reviews: You need a collection app. ReviewLens has nothing to analyze yet. See how many reviews per product is enough to work with.
- You want photo and video reviews on product pages: Loox, Judge.me and Yotpo all list this.
- You want reviews and loyalty in one place: Okendo.
- You need a short AI summary of reviews: Judge.me's Awesome plan and Yotpo's Pro plan list one, and that may be all you need.
- You have a backlog of reviews and want to know what to fix: Add ReviewLens alongside your collection app. Its listing describes it as a companion to Judge.me, Yotpo, Okendo and Loox.
- A small catalog with a few dozen reviews: Read them yourself. Our guide on turning reviews into a fix list shows how.
